Our Bubble Layer Balloon Display is provided fully inflated and includes 1 x 22" Bubble Balloon, 3 x 11" Latex Balloons and Foil Tassel Weight.

• Bottom Layer: 3 x 11" Happy Birthday Latex Balloons.
• Foil Tassel Balloon Weight and Coordinating Ribbons.
All of our latex balloons are treated with Ultra High Float® which keep our balloons floating up to 25 times longer! We find our latex balloons can float for up to 5 days and sometimes even longer, depending on conditions.
Our 22" Birthday Bubble Balloon usually floats for 14-21 Days and we find that it can be longer depending on conditions.
We always recommend having your balloons provided on the day they are required.
