Returns (Applies To Website Purchases Only)

1. Goods purchased from our website may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping) as long as you inform us and return within 14 days of receipt. You take full responsibility for our goods while they are in your possession. Any goods for return must be sent back in its original shipped condition, together with any original packaging.

2. After the 14 day period and up to 28 days: Should an item not be needed and you fail to inform us we will still offer a refund but for the value of 75% of the purchase price (exclusive of shipping).

3. If a product is faulty you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange it for you. You must inform us via email within 3 days from receipt.

4 . We will not refund items without authorization; items that have been used, cleaned, damaged or soiled; items returned without full packaging will be refused. Items must be odour free, including the smell of smoke and perfume. We cannot refund makeup items, eyelashes, tights, wigs or masks. Some costumes have sealed wigs in such cases if the costume is not appropriate do not open the wig as once opened refunds will not be given. Accessories that are in sealed packaging cannot be refunded once opened.

5. Before sending the parcels back to us please email us for a Returns Authorization and we will make the appropriate arrangements. You will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please ensure to include these as well as your reason for requesting a return. We will not be liable for return shipping costs. Partial refunds may be given if only selected items are returned.

6. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, negligence, abnormal working conditions, wilful damage, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

7. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'Disputed'. Such Disputed items will not be refunded or exchanged and a reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such Dispute items back to you at a cost to yourself; otherwise they will be destroyed within 60 calendar days from their receipt back to us. All refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking & handling fee.

Prices do vary for many reasons and should an increase occur prior to purchase, we are not obligated to sell at the previous lower price. We try to be fair with our price increases or decreases and pass these on accordingly. You may notice from time to time that the same costume may vary in price for each size.This can occur when new stock has arrived of a particular size and has either increased or decreased in cost.
